Dr. Naga Narra (Male)

Principal Dentist and practice owner, Dr Naga Narra, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry from Rajiv Gandhi University in 2006. Since graduating, he has continued to expand his dental knowledge and education by gaining a MSc in Public Health in 2012 closely followed by a LDSRCS granted by the Royal College of Surgeons England in 2013. He has also gained his certification in Facial Aesthetics.

Dr Naga Narra is originally from India, moving to the UK in 2009 to follow his dream of owning his own Dental Practice. He spent many years training in and around London before moving to Fraserburgh, where he quickly became a principal Dentist. With the North East of Scotland his new home, he and his family decided to settle in Westhill, where he was able to fulfill his dream and became the proud owner of Abercrombie Dental Practice & Abercrombie Smile Design in early 2017.

Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength, taking on expert Dentists, Anesthetists and Specialist consultants to enhance and improve the quality of dental care available. He prides himself in providing top level care for all of his patients, NHS or Private, with a caring chair side professional manner and a great sense of humor.

Dr Naga Narra specialises in Dental Implant surgery, having placed over 600 Dental Implant and has recently been awarded the Centre Of Excellence award from Nobel Biocare. He continues to expand his knowledge and is currently pursuing a MSc in Dental Implantology. He has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and is highly experienced in Full Mouth Rehab (digital smile design). Such cases he has undertaken include full frontal veneers, composite build ups on worn down teeth and All-on-4/All-on-6 Implant cases. As well as this, he is a Gold Provider of Invisalign.

In his spare time, Naga enjoys time with his wife and two young children. Socialising with family and friends is an important part of his life and honors his Indian heritage, celebrating special occasions and ceremonial dates. He has a keen interest in Cricket and is a proud supporter of India in their test matches, whether they win or lose. He treats his staff as family within the home of Abercrombie creating a lovely environment for all who attend.

Dr. Craig Thorn

Craig is the longest serving dentist at Abercrombie Dental Practice, joining in 2011.

He qualified from The University of Glasgow in 2009 and undertook two years of foundation training split between community dentistry, general practice and surgical dentistry in the hospital.

Craig is a family Dentist who enjoys caring for his NHS patients. His emphasis is on preventing oral disease and he always takes time to help patients make the best choices for their oral health.

Craig offers a range of private treatments when appropriate. He works closely with his colleagues and can refer patients for specialist treatments within and outwith the practice.

He is married with a young daughter. In his leisure time he is a keen cook and enjoys walking his cocker spaniel and training with to compete in Dog Agility.

Dr Célia Veyron La Croix

Graduated from a French university in 2007, Celia’s passion about dentistry has kept growing over the years. She worked in her home country for a few years before moving to Scotland in 2011. She has worked in Abercrombie dental practice ever since.
Celia enjoys the variety of dental treatments and diversity of patients which can be found  in our practice. Over the years , she grew a special interest in cosmetic restorative dentistry (composite bonding, crowns and veneers) and root canal treatments. She also qualified  in Invisalign treatments and is delighted to help her patients achieving their smile improvements. She continues to attend dental courses and conferences to keep improving her knowledge and skills with the latest up to date techniques.

For all of her career, Celia has been willing to make her patient’s experience comfortable and relaxed. She is using the Quicklsleeper electronically controlled anaesthesia to offer painless injection and treatment.

When switching off after work, Celia goes back to her family and enjoys outdoor activities. She has a love for travelling and likes to share about her experiences!

Dr Antonios Trigonakis

Antonios joined Abercrombie dental practice in 2018 after working many years within the Aberdeen area. He is originally from Greece (Crete) and then went to graduate from Plovdiv University in 2013. Dr Antonios completed his Masters degree in implant dentistry in 2022 from University of Central Lancashire UCLan. He also works with orthodontic systems -invisalign and clear aligner system.


He is highly regarded for his dental expertise and known for his calm warm manner working in association with his patients and striving to achieve the very best results with his fine detail and wholly dedicated approach to best patient care.

In his spare time loves to spend time with his wife and their 3 kids. He enjoys table tennis, windsurfing, squash, cycling and running.

Dr Mengheng Chu

Mengheng Chu, also known simply as Chu grew up in Taiwan. She qualified from CEU San Pablo university in Madrid, Spain then registered with the General Dental Council in 2021. Chu is an ethical, compassionate and caring dentist with great enthusiasm to learn and grow. She always listens genuinely and puts her patients at ease with her down-to-earth nature. She enjoys treating every patient, in particular anxious patients, children and families. She also has a very keen interest in innovative areas of cosmetic dentistry. Outside of her work, Chu is a devoted climber, both leading and bouldering. She also enjoys running and has completed several half marathon as well as two full marathon. Besides this, she plays the piano and oboe, and is a lover of baking, cooking and meditation.

Dr Paraskevi Stamoulou

Chandima G Liyanage

I qualified from the University of Peradeniya Sri Lanka in 2000 with the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)degree. I moved to Malaysia after graduation and joined one of the Dental Schools in Malaysia as a Dental Officer and worked there for 2 yrs.

In 2004, I moved to UK with my family and started my career in Maxillofacial Surgery in 2006 and continued working as a Senior House Officer until 2012. I was fortunate to work in busy Maxillofacial Units in the UK which included St George’s Hospital London, Poole Hospital Dorset, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Ulster Hospital in Belfast. I obtained MFDS from Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2008 followed by Licentiate of Dentistry from the same Royal College in 2013. During these appointments I gained vast knowledge and experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and practised surgical dentistry in a medical background. I also obtained MFGDP from Royal College of Surgeons of England.

In 2013, I moved to General Dental Practice and have worked in 3 practices in NHS Grampian before moving into my current practice, Abercrombie Dental where I have been working as an Associate Dentist for nearly 3 years. I enjoy working independently, emphasising more on Advance Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry while maintaining Oral Surgical Skills. I have gained a PG Certificate in Advance Restorative Dentistry, which has helped me immensely for my current practice in general dentistry.

I enjoy my leisure time walking and playing with my dog and cooking.
